Placements 2019
The placement season 2019 at Jagran Lakecity University saw an array of companies lining at the University campus to hire fresh graduates. The talking point was the placements at Jagran Lakecity Business School wherein many top companies made offers to the students of the graduating batch. Among those who made several offers were Yash Technologies, BYJU’s, CureFit, Apollo Munich, S&P Global Market Intelligence, INC42, ICICI Bank, DCB Bank, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Bank and others. The highest package offered this year was INR 9 Lakhs per annum and average package turned out to be INR 4.10 Lakhs per annum.
In the meanwhile companies like Internshala, Concept PR, Nucleus PR, Greenroom, The Times of India, Network 18, ETV Bharat, India TV etc. hired the freshers from Jagran School of Journalism & Communication. The recruiters were all praises for the students at JSJC and even offered internships to the students who will be going into the final year in next semester. The praise came as no surprise since the students of JSJC receive practical training in Advertising, PR & Journalism at the state-of-the-art 20,000 sqft Shri. Gurudev Gupta Media Studios throughout their study period at the University. The highest package offered while this news going for publishing was INR 5 Lakhs per annum. The placements at JSJC are still in process and many more companies are supposed to visit the campus over the next few weeks.
The students of JLU School of Hospitality & Tourism were the rejoicing ones as each student had at least 2 offers in hand. The top hotel chains of India visited the School to recruit the hospitality students. The Oberoi Rajvilas, The Leela Palace, Taj Falaknuma, Radisson Blu, Sheraton, Sarovar Portico, Marriott, Jaypee Palace, Crowne Plaza, ITC Rajputana, JW Marriott etc. recruited students for full-time positions as well as offered internships to them. 4 students of JLU School of Hospitality & Tourism are also currently interning in France.
